  • VA CLIENTS: Due to the extensive time and effort that we give to each client, there is no refund policy. We do not tolerate or accept any type of chargeback from your credit card company.

    COACHING CLIENTS: Due to the extensive time and effort that goes into the coaching container, there is no refund policy. Coach does not tolerate or accept any type of chargeback from your credit card company.

  • VA CLIENTS: Client and Contractor may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice.

    COACHING CLIENTS: Client and Coach may terminate this agreement at any time with 14 calendar days written notice. When coach’s services terminate, all unpaid charges will immediately become due and payable.

  • VA CLIENTS: Cancellations or rescheduling of calls with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited. 

    COACHING CLIENTS: Showing up for your coaching calls is important as it shows a commitment to yourself, your business and your growth. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your coaching calls for any reason, please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice via e-mail to assistbysara@gmail.com. Cancellations or rescheduling of coaching calls with less than 48 hours notice may be forfeited. If a true emergency occurs, please email me immediately, and at my sole discretion, I will determine whether your call may be rescheduled; otherwise, it is forfeited.

  • VA CLIENTS: This secures your place for Virtual Assistance with Assist by Sara. By signing your contract, the Client is agreeing to recognise that payments are non-refundable.

    COACHING CLIENTS: This secures your place for Coaching with Sara Ilton. By signing this contract, the Client is agreeing to recognise that payments are non-refundable and by taking a place in this program, you are under contract to complete the entire duration of your payment plan. Therefore you cannot stop payments anytime. You are under contract to complete the entirety of the payment plan. The Client is responsible for any fees incurred by a debt collection agency. You agree to have funds available in your account for payment processing at least three (3) days before the scheduled charge date. Failure to do so will result in a $10AUD charge per day of failed payments.

    This program has no cancellation policy. You are under contract to finish the entire payment plan even if you decide to not finish the program. Transfers are not available to any other course/programs of Sara Ilton. GST is applicable for Australian residents. Client may pay for services rendered by credit card using Stripe and understands and agrees that Client is financially responsible for all payments.

    All of the personal information that Client provides as part of the payment process may be collected by both Coach and Coach’s third-party payment processing providers. This includes, but is not limited to, name, email address, billing information, and credit card number. Coach’s third-party payment processing providers may have privacy policies and terms and conditions that differ from Coach’s. Coach has no liability or responsibility for the independent policies of Coach’s third-party payment processing providers. Client is encouraged to read the independent policies contained on the third-party payment processing providers’ websites. Client understands and releases Coach from liability for any damage or loss caused by Client’s payment or by Client’s dealings with Coach’s third-party payment processing providers.
