This nomination means so much because my VA Coaching mission has always been to help women step into their potential, build successful VA businesses and create a life they truly love. To be recognised for this work is such an honour!

Why This Nomination Matters

When I started my VA business, I had no idea how much it would change my life. I wanted flexibility, financial freedom and the ability to work on my own terms—without missing out on precious moments with my family.

But what I didn’t expect was how much I’d love helping other women do the same. That’s why I created The Empowered VA Collective—to provide the step-by-step guidance, tools and support I wish I had when I started.

Since launching Group Coaching, I’ve had the absolute privilege of:
